Montgomery Town Council revokes Summit Business Park’s permit fee exemptions, citing need for ‘level playing field’

Montgomery Town Council unanimously voted April 13 to rescind an exemption for the allow approach overview charges for Summit Small business Park, a learn-prepared small business park found just north of downtown Montgomery.
